Our additional fees are as follows:

•Our fee for an individual session is $120

•Our fee for a couples session is $120

•There is a $75 no call-no show fee

•Consultation Services –$130 per hour

•Credentialing services – $250 per insurance application

All therapy services at Priceless Professional Counseling & Solutions are held virtually through a HIPPA compliant video platform. For business services (consulting & credentialing), we also provide virtual sessions through a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Since we are a virtual practice, we do not accept cash. We are happy to accept all major credit cards and also accept Health Saving Account/Flexible Spending Account cards. We accept these payments via our HIPPA compliant billing platform. It is required to have a card on file for the duration of services or until the services are terminated.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act (No Surprises Act) therapy clients that are out of pocket are entitled to a written and oral estimate of all expected charges for their sessions. This written and oral estimate, can help the client estimate all the expected charges that will be billed for receiving health care services.
